Very artsy and functional desk. I like. Check it out at Wintercheck Factory. Comes in other colors / finishes.
The color of this thing is amazing. Yeah, it looks a little old-fashioned. But, isn’t that the point? Who says Vintage and Modern can’t mix. I happen to think they work quite well together. And this is my blog, so whatever I say goes. Just. Kidding. I’m not that childish. I know how to share. But, I do think you all should agree with me on this one and go ahead and get your own Gigi Nightstand straight from Urban Outfitters!
This would go precisely right at the foot of the chocolate-colored Malm Ikea mainframe I would call my bed. As you can tell from all things in this blog, I love color… in everything. And pieces of furniture are no exception. The bench of course, opens and also comes in other colors and an alternate material. Personally, I chose orange (or whatever they’re callin’ it) and tweed, a material I would only let my furniture wear and that’s only because I normally hate it. It goes perfectly with the Urban and Modern theme I am trying to create. This item can be purchased at Urban Outfitters.
I like it. Clean line, doesn’t look too comfy right off, but a couple of hours of sitting in it should break it in just fine. I hate traditional furniture with circular ends on the arms. So, I do appreciate the fact that this one is straight all the way around. Comes in a couple of different colors. Get it at Urban Outfitters.
Here’s one thing from Ikea you won’t have to put together. Just make sure you’ve got a wide enough door to carry it in through. Yes, this is the couch I was speaking of in an earlier post about the Bolla Sofa. I love the Bolla Sofa, but I also looove this couch. The white one is cheaper, but I’d probably opt for a darker color just for protection against sticky little three-year-old hands. No matter the color, I love them all the same and I haven’t seen it in person, but this one definitely seems a lot more comfortable than my beloved Bolla.
